Hemlata Bahuguna was born in Gharwal area of Himalaya, place known as Shiva power place. As her family relocated to Rishikesh when she was small, she decided to discover spirituality and help people. Her decision to being physiotherapist helped her to understand better the human’s body and consciousness.
She graduated from COMBINED (P.G.) INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE & RESEARCH (CIMSR), Dehradun as a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
Her scientific project was focused on “‘Effect of physiotherapy on Rib-Fracture & Spinal-Cord Injuries. She is teaching anatomy, physiology, yoga therapy, restorative yoga in Vedansha .
Hemlata is an experienced practitioner, she was working in hospitals as a yoga therapist and physiotherapist.

After graduation as Yoga Acharya and getting a Master degree in Yoga in 2018, Hemlata decided more deepen in Yoga science and explore its abilities.
